Monster cookies are an amazing combination of Oatmeal cookies, Peanut butter, and Chocolate chip cookies with the addition of M&M’s.
I’m the type of person who loves and craves sweets all the time, so I continuously bake, but I hate the leftovers. For one it’s because of weight gain and for two it’s probably because my children are still so young, I don’t want them eating so many sweets. So having small batches of sweets here and there gives us just enough and I love it.

Combine the dry ingredients and mix into the wet batter. When the dry ingredients are almost incorporated add in the fill-ins to reduce the risk of overmixing the cookie dough.
Roll and divide the cookie dough into two balls if desired. If you want a thicker cookie then leave the cookie dough round, if you like your cookies a bit thinner than just slightly flatten the cookie before baking.
Bake the cookies at 375F for 12 -13 minutes for two cookies and 14 – 16 minutes for one cookie.
The cookie should be golden brown on the sides and just slightly golden brown on the top.
Allow the cookie to cool for 5 minutes before consuming.
Monster cookie add-ins substitutions:
Instead of peanut butter use another nut butter or even try Biscoff!
Use Oreo chunks.
Reese’s pieces or different types of M&M’s
Different chocolate chips
