Notes

Ziploc bag Method:

Add the Chex mix mixture into a large ziplock bag and then pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the cereal. Close the bag and then carefully spread the chocolate so it evenly disperses and coats the cereal. If you want to keep it simple and easy skip the refrigeration step and just add the powdered sugar to the chocolate-coated cereal and shake the bag until everything is coated in powdered sugar. A brown paper bag will also work just as well if you have one!

Helpful Tips:

Try not to skip the refrigeration step. This step just really creates the large chunks that everyone is trying to grab. It's the perfect blend of all the ingredients in one.
Don't add too many add-ins. Add-ins are great but you want to ensure the white chocolate and almond butter mixture covers every piece. Adding too many will result in uneven coatings.
Overheating the chocolate and nut butter mixture. Sometimes overheating the butter can cause it to harden and burn. So, make sure to melt and stir every 30 seconds until it's smooth and combined.
