Apple crisp for two- It's easy and warm and perfect for two. This recipe uses two apples that's perfectly sweetened to pair with the best oat streusel topping that makes it not too sweet. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it's the perfect small batch dessert this winter.

Ingredients
 
 

Apple Filling

  • 2 small apples peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon All purpose flour

Crumb Topping

  • ¼ cup All Purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add all the crumb topping ingredient until combined. Use your hands or a fork to mix until crumbly, with both small pieces and larger chunks. Set aside.
  • Grease two ramekins or spray with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
  • Wash, peel, and dice the apples into 1-inch pieces. Place them in a small bowl and add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Divide the apple mixture evenly between the ramekins. Top each apple crisp with half of the topping.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and a knife easily slides through the apples.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy
