In a medium bowl, add all the crumb topping ingredient until combined. Use your hands or a fork to mix until crumbly, with both small pieces and larger chunks. Set aside.
Grease two ramekins or spray with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
Wash, peel, and dice the apples into 1-inch pieces. Place them in a small bowl and add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Toss until evenly coated.
Divide the apple mixture evenly between the ramekins. Top each apple crisp with half of the topping.
