Monster cookies are an amazing combination of Oatmeal cookies, Peanut butter, and Chocolate chip cookies with the addition of M&M's.
I'm the type of person who loves and craves sweets all the time, so I continuously bake, but I hate the leftovers. For one it's because of weight gain and for two it's probably because my children are still so young, I don't want them eating so many sweets. So having small batches of sweets here and there gives us just enough and I love it.
Why make these PEANUT BUTTER MONSTER COOKIES?

What I love most about this recipe:
- It's quick, chill time required.
- Makes 1 large or 2 monster cookies.
- They are THICK and soft, so make sure not to overbake.
- They fulfill that craving for a wholesome cookie craving.
- Simply use any add ins you have on hand, it's still a great cookie
- No fancy equipment is needed.
Peanut Butter Monster Cookie Ingredients:

- Butter
- Peanut Butter
- Brown sugar
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Whisked Egg
- All-purpose Flour
- Oats
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Add-ins: Chocolate chips, M&M's, Peanut butter chips
How to Make Monster Cookies:

In a small bowl beat the butter and peanut butter until fluffy and then add in both sugars and whip.

Add in the vanilla extract and whisked egg and mix until just combined.

Combine the dry ingredients and mix into the wet batter. When the dry ingredients are almost incorporated add in the fill-ins to reduce the risk of overmixing the cookie dough.
Roll and divide the cookie dough into two balls if desired. If you want a thicker cookie then leave the cookie dough round, if you like your cookies a bit thinner than just slightly flatten the cookie before baking.
Bake the cookies at 375F for 12 -13 minutes for two cookies and 14 - 16 minutes for one cookie.
The cookie should be golden brown on the sides and just slightly golden brown on the top.
Allow the cookie to cool for 5 minutes before consuming.
Monster cookie add-ins substitutions:
Instead of peanut butter use another nut butter or even try Biscoff!
Use Oreo chunks.
Reese's pieces or different types of M&M's
Different chocolate chips
