Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350
In a small saucepan melt the butter and then pour over the chopped chocolate. Mix until smooth and then add in the cocoa powder.
Add eggs, sugars, oil and vanilla into a large mixing bowl and whisk until incorporated.
When the chocolate butter mixture is cooled add it into the egg mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in the dry ingredients to the batter just until there are no flour clumps.
Pour the brownie batter into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan and bake for 18-20 mins. Insert a toothpick into the center of the brownie, the toothpick should not be clean there should still be some wet crumbs on it.
Once brownie is done allow it to cool and make the frosting.
Melt the semisweet chocolate and set to the side to allow it to cool.
Beat the butter until fluffy and then add in the powdered sugar and the cooled melted chocolate.
When the Brownie has cooled spread the frosting on the brownies and sprinkle with sprinkles.
